All In For Reading connects elementary school students who are reading 2 to 3 grade levels below their peers with trained, dedicated reading tutors who work with them one-on-one to build fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, and most importantly, confidence.

Students Are Identified
Teachers and school counselors refer students in grades K–5 reading significantly below grade level for the program.
Tutors Are Matched
Each student is paired with a trained reading tutor based on their specific learning needs, schedule, and reading level.
Sessions Begin
Regular one-on-one tutoring sessions focus on phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension using proven techniques.
Progress Is Tracked
Reading levels are assessed regularly to ensure students are advancing and tutors can refine their approach as needed.
